Guidance Grounded in Experience, Compassion & Advocacy
Navigating senior living can feel deeply personal—because it is. Whether you’re planning ahead or facing an unexpected change, the decisions can be emotional, complicated, and difficult to make without someone beside you who understands the road ahead.
Autumn Sage Pathways was created to make these decisions feel less overwhelming. I provide thoughtful, personalized guidance to help individuals and families understand their options, identify what matters most, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Why I Created Autumn Sage Pathways
My own experience navigating senior living began with my family. Over the course of nearly two years, I helped my in-laws through increasingly complex care needs, including dementia, caregiver exhaustion, health changes, and ultimately the difficult decision to consider a move to senior living.
As their needs changed, I experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to understand care options, coordinate decisions, and find the right setting for someone you love. When a discharge planner eventually connected me with a placement service, I was grateful for the help identifying communities—but I also realized how much support individuals and families still need after those initial options are presented.
I created Autumn Sage Pathways to provide the kind of guidance I wished we had throughout the entire process—not simply identifying communities, but helping people understand their options, make informed decisions, prepare for the transition, and feel supported along the way.
What You Can Expect
Every situation is different. Some people are planning ahead, while others need to make decisions quickly after a change in health, safety, or circumstances. I begin by listening—understanding your needs, priorities, concerns, and what matters most to you.
From there, I help identify appropriate options, provide guidance as you compare communities and make decisions, and remain involved as you prepare for and transition into your new living environment. My role is to bring structure to a complicated process, advocate for what matters to you, and help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Experience That Informs My Approach
My approach is also shaped by a professional background spanning healthcare, health insurance administration, risk management, and financial services. Throughout my career, I held senior leadership roles where I managed complex issues, brought together people with different perspectives, and provided leadership and guidance on important decisions in highly regulated environments.
That experience taught me how to listen carefully, ask the right questions, evaluate information from multiple perspectives, anticipate potential challenges, and bring structure to complicated situations. Just as importantly, leadership taught me that good decisions are not simply about finding an answer—they are about understanding the people affected by the decision and what matters most to them.
I bring that same disciplined, compassionate approach to Autumn Sage Pathways. I help individuals and families sort through information, understand their options, ask important questions, and make senior living decisions with greater clarity and confidence.

You Don’t Have to Navigate This Alone.
Whether you’re planning ahead or facing an unexpected change, I’m here to help you understand your options and determine the next step that feels right for you.
