Senior Living Placement Guidance at No Cost to You

For senior living placement services, there is no cost to you for my guidance. When a placement is made, Autumn Sage Pathways may receive a referral fee from the community you choose.

My recommendations are based on your needs, preferences, priorities, and circumstances. My role is to help you understand your options and make the decision that feels right for you.

Additional Consulting & Personalized Support

Some individuals and families need additional support beyond senior living placement and transition guidance. Personalized consulting is available for needs that may require more hands-on assistance, extended coordination, paperwork support, or other individualized services. These services are offered at an hourly rate, and any fees will be discussed and agreed upon before additional services are provided.
